Great show!
There are so many stories that are covered in this podcast that are new to me. The stories that I’m familiar with are interesting to listen to again because of the way that the host tells them. Great job!

True crime crack
I listen to several true crime podcasts & this is my favorite! Esther always presents a well researched & engaging case. Her voice is practically hypnotic & she really draws the listener in with her analytical but engaging presentation of the cases. I love how she focuses on a new theme every month & eagerly look forward to her weekly release most every Monday.

Great show!
I think Esther covers all bases and facts. She loves her job. I found her a couple of months ago and have listened to every episode a couple of times. Great job!!

A great personality!!
I listen to multiple podcast every day. I think this is one of the better true crime podcasts. The producer really does her homework. I’ve listened to a short portion of an interview that I believe she lets her Patreon users get and it was VERY informative. I am going to sign up today to be a Patreon supporter. I think she doesn’t outstanding job. At times it sounds like she’s just reading from a script but it’s good in-depth information.

Great voice, great story
I really enjoy Esther's voice and her telling of the story. What I think might take this podcast to the level is including more human interest information. This might include what happened after the crime or as an indirect result? How did some of the people in the story react or what happened to them afterwards? That I think is some of the most interesting aspect of a story.

I’ve been enjoying the a podcast since I stumbled upon the insightful Betty Broderick episode. Almost done. I find her voice relaxing.

True Crime at its finest
This podcast is awesome. If you like true crime, this is a great one to listen to. The host is on point, very knowledgeable and has a free flowing delivery. Well researched and well put together. Sooooo good. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, all of it. Listen to the Cast!

Solid
Well researched & paced. Cool idea with the themed mini-series style episode groupings. I do sometimes wish for a little more of the hosts personality in her tone, it’s a little mono. On the other hand, it’s pretty even handed, which can be a nice contrast from other podcasts.

Great research!
Great content. The research is conveyed VERY well. Esther is incredibly concise and super pleasant. The research depth matches that of other podcasts with longer format shows but fits into a much shorter time slot. Great case history with above average objectivity.

The best true crime podcast
there are many true crime podcast out there, and the one i wait most eagerly for every week is Esther’s. Each episode is so balanced, insightful and rounded. Esther’s compassion and warmth really come through in her even, well paced delivery. Her concern for the victims is so apparent. While she gives the criminals an objective study, she never glamorizes, and I trust her accuracy. She never, ever goes for the cheap laugh, which is so easy to do with many of these cases. And I adore the little musical breaks! Those tiny tunes Invade my brain all week – a welcome ear worm!

Excellent presentation
Just listened to your podcast about Herb Baumeister and Fox Hollow Farm. This was an excellent presentation. Every week, you get better and better. You come across very genuine and I am appreciative as a listener that there is no fake exclamation or surprise at what you're reading. I find the podcast with 2 host "reacting" to each other's input exhausting mentally. Keep up the good work! I look forward to it each week.

First of all, Esther is absolutely amazing at podcasting. She tells amazing stories, with so much detail and such a great voice. So much talent. 2nd of all, I always hear about her on other podcasts. She donates to so many fellow podcasters to support them, and they all have nothing but kind words about her. I recently started donating to her on patreon, and not even 5 days later (before my first payment was even taken) I received a package in the mail from her with a hand written thank you! How amazing! She truly puts everything into this podcast! Thank you!

Pretty good.
I enjoy the host, she can be funny and quirky. I’ve almost caught up on the entire library at the time of my review. She is able to make it very detailed - but far from boring or draggy. Sometimes I find her interjections of opinion jarring and destroys the nice flow she has established at times, and EVERY time she says “berg-URL-a-ree” makes me want to rip my hair out...being in a medium where all we have are your words and voice, words like “burglary” should not be stumble points. The fact that those two minuscule things are my biggest gripes should speak volumes about how good this podcast actually is and the hard work put into the show. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone into real crime coverage.

This has quickly become my favorite true crime podcast. The research, story telling, cadence, audio quality and and everything else is impressive and very well done. Esther is the best!!!

Esther is awesome
Truly good podcast - Esther is a great host, funny and relatable. I like how she sets a topic and does 4 episodes per topic. Really well written. One of the podcasts I support on Patreon.
